AZINIZY Shipping Policy

 

Welcome to the AZINIZY Shipping Policy! This policy explains our shipping practices and applies to all orders placed through our store. By placing an order, you agree to the guidelines described below.

Local Pickup (Portland, ME)

  • Free local pickup is available at our Portland, Maine location (63 Federal St, Portland, ME 04101) at 3:00 PM.

Shipping Options

    • Standard Shipping,(U.S.) : Free standard, Ground,  shipping on all U.S. orders. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days. (USP,  UPS,) 
  • Priority Mail 1-3 Business days (Rates shown at checkout are based on your customer’s address and the order’s weight and dimensions No shipping below a specific order value $200 ( Rates shown at checkout are based on your customer’s address and the order’s weight and dimensions, USPS, UPS, )
  • Shipping Carriers : USPS, UPS,  offer a variety of shipping options.

Order Processing

  • Order Handling Time: We typically process and prepare orders for shipment within 1-2 business days. This includes expedited orders. Please note that processing time may be longer during sales and holidays due to increased order volume.
  • Shipping Time: Once your order is fulfilled, it will typically ship the following business day. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled. Actual shipping time begins when the carrier picks up your package.
  • Weekend and Holiday Shipping: We do not fulfill or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. holidays.  

Item Doesn't  Arriver/ Lost Order 

Reporting a Item Doesn't  Arriver  : Customers must file an "Item Not Received" case within 5 days of the estimated delivery date and no later than 30 days from the date of purchase to qualify for a refund or replacement. Required Information: To initiate a claim, please email support@azinizy.com with the Brand, Size, Color, Item Type, Product ID Number, and Tracking Number from the Purchase Date. Refund and Replacement Conditions: A refund or replacement will only be issued if the carrier confirms the package is lost. AZINIZY will not provide refunds if the carrier verifies the delivery. Claim Process: Upon receipt of a valid claim, AZINIZY will investigate within 30 days and engage the carrier as necessary. Carrier Fault: Refunds and replacements are granted only when the airline is at fault. If the carrier confirms delivery, no refund or replacement will be issued.

International Shipping:  We do not ship outside the United States and do not sell internationally.

Order Cancellation and Modification

  • 3-Hour Cancellation Window: You have 3 hours from the time you place your order to request a full refund cancellation. Simply contact us, and we'll process your refund.
  • Order Modification: After 3 hours, your order goes into production and cannot be changed or canceled, with the exception of the shipping address.
  • Shipping Address Updates: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us before your order ships, and we'll be happy to assist you.
