Refunds to Original Payment Method:
At AZINIZY, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, we will process your refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Typically, you should see the refund reflected in your bank statement within 24 hours; however, please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
If you have not received your refund after 15 business days from the approval, please reach out to us at support@azinizy.com, for assistance.
Refund Process:
1. Once your return is received, we will send you an email confirming the receipt of your returned item.
2. We will then evaluate the returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Store Credit Policy:
Please note that we do not offer store credit for returns. All refunds will be issued exclusively to your original payment method.
