Return and refund policy
Customers have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return. We want you to be delighted with your AZINIZY purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, we are here to help!
How to initiate returns and exchanges for your order: Contact us at support@azinizy.com with the following information: item brand, model, item number, and reason for return, to begin the return process. Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories.
Free Return Shipping Label
We understand that sometimes, a purchase may not meet your expectations. Once your return request is approved, we are pleased to offer free return shipping for customers within the United States. Please note that this offer does not apply to international customer. Return Process: Receive Your Shipping Label: After your return request is approved, you will receive a return shipping label via email from support@azinizy.com Return Address: Please send returns to: 405 Western Av. #121 South Portland, ME 04106 U.S.A (UPS or USPS ) will provide the label. Print the Label: After receiving the email, download and print the Customer Responsibility Label Printout. Prepare Your Package: Carefully pack the item you wish to return, including all original packaging and accessories. Attach the printed label to the top of the package, ensuring it is clearly visible. Return Window: This return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Returns initiated after this period may not be accepted.
Important Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards are not returnable.
- When returning shoes, please ensure they meet the following criteria:
- No significant wear or damage
- All original packaging (box, tags, etc.) included
- All original accessories (dust bags, extra laces, etc.) included
- Condition matches the listing description
- We'll inspect the shoes upon return, and refunds are processed promptly after approval.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Lost Order Return
To report a lost order and request a refund or replacement, customers must submit a "Return Item Not Refunded or Replaced" case within 5 days of the estimated return delivery date and no later than 30 days from the purchase date. Required Information To initiate your claim, please email: support@azinizy.com with the following: Product identification number Tracking number from your order. Refund and Replacement Conditions: A refund or replacement will only be issued if the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx) confirms that the package was delivered to AZINIZY. If the carrier confirms non-delivery or verifies that the order was lost or not shipped, no refund or replacement will be granted. If your claim is valid, we will investigate within 30 days and may involve the carrier. Important: Refunds are issued by the shipping carrier, not by AZINIZY. Due to funding limitations for replacements, customers must place a new order for any replacements.
Refunds
Refund to Original Payment Method: At AZINIZY, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products. If you need to return an item, we will process your refund back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification regarding the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Typically, you should see the refund reflected in your bank statement within 24 hours; however, please allow up to 10 business days for it to appear, as processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Store Credit: We currently do not offer store credit for returns. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If the damage is noticed after delivery, email us within 24 hours at support@azinizy.com with:
- Photos of the damaged item and packaging
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- If the product arrives damaged or defective, AZINIZY will cover the return shipping cost, and a replacement product will be sent at no additional charge.
- Exchange Policy – 30 Days After Delivery: We offer exchanges within 30 days of the delivery date.
